Dr. Tholcke completed his undergraduate education at the University of San Bernardino in Biological science. He completed his degree as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) at Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, CA. He then completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley. Dr. Tholcke finished his studies with the completion of his fellowship in Trauma training in operating varying levels of complexity. These injuries include pelvis and acetabular fractures, complex intra-articular fractures (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle), scapula fractures, malunions and nonunions, post-traumatic arthritis, bone infections, and complex soft tissue injuries.
Dr. Tholcke has worked his way up in the medical field from emergency medical technician to emergency room technician then to orthopaedic technician finishing as a fellowship trained Orthopaedic surgeon.
